i dont wanna be her friend anymore! plz help?!!?
ok well i am 13. i have been friends with this girl ever since i was like 4 or 5. i never really wanted to be friends. my sister used to get annoyed with me cause i always wanted to play with her so she introduced me to this girl. over the past year i havent wanted to be her friend anymore! shes 2 years younger then me and is super annoying!! she brags all the time! example : she kept texting me saying i got a new phone! i got a new phone! then she came up to my house just to show me her phone and sit on MY BED and text her stupid wierdo 5th grade friends!! aaauuuuhhh! sometimes i just wanna rip her head off! and she thinks she is the most perfect thing ever! and she brags about how smart she is! oh and this is something that makes me really mad! ill tell her something like….a rumor or something going around the school and she will tell me something different and automatically she is the right one and im wrong!! and i dont really like her family. they think she is perfect too and her mom picks me up on fridays cause my mom goes to work early and if we walk home then we will go to walk this one way and theese 8th graders walk that way all the time. ill go that way outa habit and her mom says " no lets go this way gina gets wierded out by the older kids! " hello?!!!!! news flash!!! im in 7th grade and i know some of them! my friend is in 5th grade and her mom thinks she is so popular with the older kids but she only knows a couple of them cause they r her friends older siblings!! and she copies me all the time! like for halloween i told her i was being a punk, and she already bought her costume ( graveyard fairy ) and like the day before halloween she decided she was gonna be a punk and she came up to my house to show me her costume and i almost killed her! how could she copy me?! and she thinks she is such an artist but her drawings look like a blinded 3 year old did them. ( sorry for complainin so much but i gotta get this off my chest! ) oh and this other time my 2 cousins were over and we were really bored and we couldnt come up with anything to do so we asked my friend. ya know what she did? she just stared at us for like 5 minutes and said " idk " and we asked her again and again and again! cause we were gettin mad and she kept saying idk, idk, idk, idk, idk!!!!!!! so annoying!!oh and i promise this is my last complaint. on friday when her mom picked me and her up we were in the carand my friend saw her other stupid 5th grade friends and i was still in the car and she said c-ya and jumped out! how could she dis me?
i really dont wanna be her friend anymore. and my situation is really hard cause we have been friends for like ever, my mom and her mom are friends, and her mom forces me to be her " precious " daughters friend!!!! plz help! i need real advice plz put urself in my shoes and give me a good answer!!!

wow. i kno wat u mean, luckily my friend is goin 2 another skoool nxt yr…ok so lets c, im in 8th grade so i cn kinda relate 2 ya…thts a rlly hard situation…u cn just act like u cn care less about her wen evr shes around like if she says sumthin like oh i painted my wallls pink just say like nice just simple short words 2 give her a hint tht she is annoying. if she wants 2 cum ovr on the weekends just say oh srry busy doin stuff but dnt b like precise on wat ur doin. just slowly drift away…invite sum of ur friends from skool ovr tht way she is either intimidated and just wnt cum ovr. i wooodnt say 2 nt stop bein her friend, imagin how awkward the car ride home willl b!! who knos…as u gt oldr it mite gt easier, imagin wen ur 17 and she 15…the intersets will b the same….13 and like 11 or watevr age she is is soo different! so just take it easy…and mayb gt a diary devoted 2 just about her tht way u cn still c if the friendship is sumthing…hope i helped…10 points? just sayin ;]

lol… Shes only in 5th grade! …. Im in the same grade as you .. and yea it kinda ticks me off that ppl younger than us boss us around like there's no tomorow…
.. theres not such thing as someone being perfect… a good person doesnt make themselves being the best @ everything… in my opinion she just does that cuz she wants to be popular so ppl can notice or give her attention…
since ur the older one u dont have to listen to what she says.. ignore her boasting and stuff

wanna know what i did to get rid of an annoying friend? for the whole summer, i went over my cousins house and diddnt talk to her the whole time. then when i came bac it was like she made a new friend and forgot about me. just remember one thing…dont break this "friendship" on a bad note or by hurting her feelings, k?

When people are younger, they can be extremely annoying; but at the same time, she is no less a person than you are and so deserves respect. If she treats you badly, talk to her about it. Also, by copying you, it shows how much she looks up to you.
I know its hard, but when you get older, the age difference won't seem like such a big deal.
Friendship isn't something you should just throw away.
